1. The purpose of the organization is to facilitate interaction, information and community involvement through programs and events of interest and enjoyment.

2. Annual projects include publishing a guide of community non profit organizations for distribution throughout the community.

3. The club is open to all women who live or work in the Dripping Springs area.

4. Governing body is a 12 member board representative of Dripping Springs area civic organizations and businesses; general membership is non voting.

5. Six to eight meetings and activities will be held each year with a fee charged for each to cover expenses.

6. Membership is for a calendar year, January through December—sorry, we cannot prorate or refund dues.
